Marketing & Agency Engagement Terms

Thank you for your interest in marketing the products, lands, and projects of Jomas Shelters Ltd. The following terms outline the scope of engagement, responsibilities, and conditions governing our marketing and agency relationships.

1. Scope of Work (Digital & Ground Marketing)

• All marketing materials will be created and provided by Jomas Shelters Ltd.

• Agents may only use approved materials and must not create or change brand content without written permission.

• Any staff, tools, or resources used for ground marketing are the agent’s responsibility.

• You are prohibited from creating social media content on behalf of the Jomas Shelters Ltd. brand.

2. Branding, Client Communication, and Marketing Materials

• All branding, promotions, and official communication with clients are handled only by Jomas Shelters Ltd.

• Approved marketing tools such as brochures and newsletters will be provided when needed.

3. Fees and Commission Structure

• Agents earn a 5% commission on each completed sale, paid based on installments received by Jomas Shelters Ltd.

• Jomas Shelters Ltd. shall withhold payment of commission if client’s Application Form and Acknowledgement copies of offer letters are not returned.
